So, @[email protected] tried to charge us for an apt. cancelation that occurred because their service came back during the evening and their we couldn't cancel the booking before 9:00am the next morning as their phonelines were closed.



@[email protected] complained that we waited until their phone lines opened to call and cancel.

Lesson learned, next time we'll just let the technician arrive, waste his time and avoid the cancelation nonsense.
